Recently, I installed the bad-ends and guards by myself, but i had a problem during the installation. Here are the pictures ( https://imgur.com/a/STtySFI )
You can see the bar end cannot fully sit into the lever guard, no matter how hard I tighten the fasteners.
I dont know it design on purpose or something I did wrong, although it seems like ok right now. :)
Beside of this problem, I find some shims to install my Bobbins and break lever gurad. I hope you can provide some shims for your customers. I think it will enhance their installation experience. Keep looking for your future product. :D
